Are your products really handmade?
Yes! Every single item at Warm Hook Hugs is 100% handcrafted using premium crochet techniques. Each piece is made with love by skilled artisans in Pakistan. Due to the handmade nature, slight variations in colour and texture may occur — this is what makes each piece unique.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only, available nationwide across Pakistan. Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. We plan to add online payment options (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank transfer) soon.
What is OTP verification?
To prevent fake orders, we send a one-time password (OTP) to your WhatsApp when you place an order. Simply enter the 6-digit code to confirm your order. This protects both you and us from fraudulent orders.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location:
- Karachi: 2-3 business days
- Lahore / Islamabad: 3-5 business days
- Other cities: 3-7 business days
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount (varies by city). Typically, orders above PKR 3,000-5,000 qualify for free delivery. The exact threshold is shown at checkout.
Can I return or exchange a product?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items in unused, original condition with tags attached. Custom/personalized orders are non-returnable. See our full Return Policy for details.
Do you accept custom orders?
Absolutely! We love creating custom pieces. Whether it's a specific colour, size, or a completely new design — reach out to us via WhatsApp or our contact page with your ideas. Custom orders typically take 7-14 business days.

How do I care for crochet products?
To keep your handcrafted pieces looking beautiful:
- Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent.
- Do not wring — gently squeeze out excess water.
- Lay flat to dry in shade. Avoid direct sunlight.
- Store in a cool, dry place. Avoid hanging heavy items.
How can I track my order?
Visit our Track Order page and enter your Order ID and phone number. You'll see real-time status updates from placement to delivery. You'll also receive WhatsApp notifications at each stage.
